Baleia Guest Lodge - Hermanus

I greatly enjoyed that there was breakfast included in the price. Central location just next door to shops and restaurants, and the main restaurants, it was in a lovely area. The stuff team was courteous.

Location, easy walk to all attractions. 15 minutes walk to hermanus cliff path. There were parking onsite. Hermanus City-Centre district deserves your attention...

I did not feel it rated 4 stars - it was very average and very suburban.

There is a lovely courtyard with a pool in the middle. Each room door faces into this courtyard, which is very private. The breakfasts were very nice and the rooms are nice and spacious. We enjoyed our stay there and Chris and Janka wre very helpful in booking table reservations for us.

Spacious, comfortable rooms with all necessary amenities, including a fridge upon request. Helpful and friendly staff. Good location for exploring the town and enjoying the nearby attractions. Great breakfast and on-site parking available. Well-maintained swimming pool and nearby rejuvenated Ficks pool for relaxation.

We found the location excellent and our room was large, clean and had everything we could need. Janka and Chris were the perfect hosts- so helpful. Breakfast was a delight with Janka's fruit kebabs! We had a perfect stay and would not hesitate to recommend Baleia.

The location is absolutely perfect and excellent, close to the town centre. They serve a lot of meals, the food I tried was fabulous. Thank you for a really good stay. Nothing either than the cleaniness of the rooms

We do not believe that the hosts have ever been in the hospitality industry before. We were regretably woken up military style, as if we were convent school, exactly an hour before 10:00am (check out time). Worse of all at 9:50am he came knocking loudly at our doors, in a very rude manner, that we must be out of the hotel by ten, as if he was Army General. This is the last treatment one expects in any hotel or bed and breakfast. To make matters worst the owner was openly flirting with guests!!!
